Here's what's going on ......
District 2 is again hosting a Memorial Day Picnic this Saturday, May 24th. It begins at Noon and runs until 5PM. There will be a speaker meeting at 4 PM. Weather will not put a damper on the picnic as it's being held again at Hudson Shores Park Pavilion, which is ultra large and is completely covered - It's a great venue for questionable weather. Check out the link below.
Saturday, June 7th marks the Sober Spring Social sponsored by the Copake Rap Group out of District 17. It will be held at the beautiful Copake Memorial Park. The fun and fellowship is from 12 Noon until Sundown (@8:30 PM). This is an AA/Al-Anon event. Bring a dish, dessert, or drinks to share.
|
Founder's Day will be celebrated in District 5 at a great Outdoor Event. It's a Pig Roast, but a vegetarian option will be available. Doors open at 3:00 PM for fellowship. The day's event includes an Old Timers Panel, Dinner, and Speaker Meeting at 6:15 PM. Do Not Forget to Bring a Chair!
