Now, here's what's going on.....
|
The coming month is full of events - and we're probably missing a few. BTW, are there any Halloween events this year?
You can learn a lot from the Delegate's Connection, the Monthly GSR Forum, the Website Administrator's Roundtable, and the ever popular Area 48 Technology Committee meeting.
There is Big Book Step Workshop via "A Design for Living That Really Works Online". It starts Saturday, October 3rd at 11:00 AM EST and runs for 8 weeks.
|
Thanksgiving is around the corner and our panel74 Delegate has organized a series of Service Opportunity Prep Meetings for Thanksgiving at the Old Dutch Church in Kingston. These are ongoing each Wednesday at 6:30 PM.
|
There are some big time functions occurring soon. The Area 48 Fall Vorting Assembly, the ESCYPAA Empire State Convention, and the world famous Area 48 Annual Convention are all upcoming.
|
Every issue of the CDCO News seems packed with events each month. It's a testament to the service work occurring throughout the districts which continue to carry the message.
Let us know at the CDCO if you have any events coming up. Contact the Newsletter further down in this issue. We hope we didn't miss your group or district event. If we did, please let us know and we can update the online version of the CDCO News.

The first release of the Everything AA app under the ownership of A.A. World Services is now available. You are encouraged you to update your app to Version 5.0 to access the latest features.
The app is expected to move to a subscription model and carry only GSO-approved literature, which means dropping third-party material like the Joe & Charlie tapes. It's reported that the existing version 4.0 still contains the tapes.
