Let's get ready to rumble, or at least get together in person and online. Get set for two NENY Area 48 weekend events which will be Hybrid; Participate in person, or via Zoom.

The NENY Area 48 Voting Assembly will be held on May 14th in Shokan, NY. The June 12th Joy of Service Day will be held in-person in Plattsburgh, NY. Both events will feature an online participation mode as well.

Get your Move On, and bring your signing Voice. It's the District 3 "Back to the 80's Karaoke/Dance Party", live and in-person. April 23rd from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. You'll find directions in the link below.

Who were the women pioneers of A.A.? An absolutely great event is coming to the Wilson House over the weekend of May 6th. The Female Founders Weekend is a three-day event definitely worth the trip.

Heads up on some streaming audio issues AAWS.....

AA World Services is experiencing some technical issues with audio streaming on aa.org.

The AA.org team is working to fix the problem. This affects the audio files for:

  • The Big Book
  • Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions
  • Living Sober

The CDCO Monthly Reports:


Each month the Central Office publishes its operating reports. These include our financial report, meeting minutes, our literature report, and call reports relating to the volume, location, and type of calls. If you are interested, please check these out:

The CDCO is always in need of volunteers to help carry the message. You may know that we provide helpline services 24x7x365, but did you know that we are staffed entirely by A.A. volunteers? Please consider doing service in the coming year.

Our volunteers occasionally need to take time off and we could certainly use some backups to answer the phone in the evening, or pitch in at the CDCO during office hours.
